Day 1: February 7, 2020, Friday (Location: UofSC DISC 140/PHRC)

3:00pm Hotel Check-in
5:00pm -5:45pm Competition Registration and arrival 
6:00pm -7:30pm

Welcome Reception and Dinner / Rules and Competition release

  1. Welcome (speaker TBD)
  2. Dinner
  3. Introduction of Judges (TBD – Also should go on our agenda for tomorrow)
  4. Competitors introduction (Each team)
  5. Competition rules and engagement (TBD)
  6. Depending on number of teams (Straw poll for Group assignments (teams will compete within their groups and qualify for the finals or semi-finals based on their group)
7:30pm -11:59pm Room assignments for practice and work released for all groups
11:59pm Rooms close 

Day 2: February 8, 2020, Saturday (Location: UofSC Rooms)

Time  Activities/arrangment
All-day Group professional pictures taking
7:00am- 9:00am Breakfast
7:00am-  Rooms open again
11:00 am -12:00pm Picture taking
12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch
1:00pm -4:00pm Preliminary Round and presentations (depending on the number of teams for round-robin sessions at USC rooms)

Day 3: February 9, 2020, Sunday (Location: Convention Center)

Time  Activities/arrangment
8:00am -9:00am Breakfast
9:00 am -11:00am Final round presentations
7:00am-  Rooms open again
2:00pm -3:00pm Winners announced during Opening Remarks

All case competition participants are invited to the American College of Healthcare Executives cocktail and dinner on Sunday too, as well as the rest of the conference
